General terms and Returns
1. General Provisions:
1.1. The website krebzdesys.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and these product purchase–sale rules (hereinafter the “Rules”) establish the protection of privacy and the non-disclosure of personal data to third parties for Buyers using the Website and its services.
1.2. The Rules constitute a legally binding document for both parties, defining the rights and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller, the terms and conditions of purchasing and paying for goods or services, and setting out the procedure for order delivery and returns.
1.3. By using the Website, the Visitor agrees to comply with the requirements set out in these Rules. Otherwise, the Visitor is not granted the right to use the Website or its services in any way or form.
1.4. The Seller reserves the right to amend or supplement the Rules at any time, provided such changes do not contradict the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Amended or supplemented Rules become effective only after being published on the Website.
1.5. The following individuals have the right to use the Website and purchase products from the online store krebzdesys.com:
1.5.1. Legally capable natural persons who have reached the age of majority and whose capacity has not been restricted by a court;
1.5.2. Legal entities;
1.5.3. Authorized representatives of all the aforementioned persons.
2. Required Personal Data:
2.1. Buyers may purchase goods on the Website only after providing the Seller with necessary personal data (hereinafter “Data”): name, surname, email address, and phone number. If the Buyer wishes to receive an invoice or home delivery, they may also voluntarily provide their personal ID code and residential address.
3. Protection of Personal Data:
3.1. The Buyer’s personal data is treated as confidential from the moment they agree to the Website’s terms and purchase conditions.
3.2. The collected Data is used solely for identification and contact purposes.
3.3. The Seller reserves the right to store communication records or correspondence with the Buyer as proof of interaction.
3.4. Collected personal data is not disclosed to third parties except when required by Lithuanian law.
3.5. The Website may contain hyperlinks to other websites that may collect personal information for advertising purposes. The Seller is not responsible for the privacy policies of such third-party websites.
4. Use of Visitor Information:
4.1. The Website reserves the right to use the Visitor’s personal information to contact them regarding orders, product delivery, games, or contests, including prize notifications.
5. Effective Date of the Agreement:
5.1. Adding goods to the shopping cart and clicking “Pay” on krebzdesys.com constitutes a purchase–sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller.
5.2. The Website retains all purchase–sale agreements made between the Buyer and the Seller.
6. Buyer’s Rights:
6.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase desired products on the Website in accordance with the Rules and requirements set by the Seller.
6.2. The Buyer may withdraw from the purchase–sale agreement within 7 business days of receiving the goods by notifying the Seller in writing (via email) and specifying the item to be returned.
6.3. The Buyer may return an item only if it is undamaged, unused, and retains its original appearance.
7. Buyer’s Obligations:
7.1. The Buyer must pay for ordered goods on time as stipulated in these Rules.
7.2. The Buyer agrees to the Website’s terms and undertakes not to violate Lithuanian law.
8. Seller’s Rights:
8.1. The Seller has the right to reject or cancel an order if malicious or harmful activity from the Buyer is detected.
8.2. The Seller may suspend Website activity without prior notice if justified.
8.3. If the Buyer fails to pay within 5 business days, the Seller may cancel the order.
9. Seller’s Obligations:
9.1. The Seller shall ensure favorable conditions for Visitors to use the Website.
9.2. The Seller guarantees the confidentiality of the Buyer’s personal data.
9.3. The Seller undertakes to deliver the ordered goods within Lithuania within 14 business days from the order date.
9.4. If the ordered goods are unavailable, the Seller will offer a similar product. If the Buyer does not agree, the Seller will refund the money within 5 business days.
10. Prices and Payment:
10.1. Prices are listed in euros.
10.2. Payment methods:
10.2.1. Cash – upon pickup or delivery (by agreement or to the courier).
10.2.2. Electronic banking – advance payment via online banking.
10.2.3. PayPal, Revolut, PaySera – via online or mobile payment systems.
10.3. The Buyer must pay promptly; otherwise, the order will not be processed.
11. Delivery:
11.1. The Buyer must provide a delivery address when placing an order.
11.2. Orders are delivered via Lithuanian Post, LP Express, Omniva, or Venipak couriers.
11.3. The Seller or an authorized representative delivers the goods.
11.4. If production or stock delays occur, the Buyer will be informed directly.
11.5. The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by the Buyer.
11.6. The Buyer must inspect the goods upon receipt. Signing the invoice or paying confirms the goods were received in good condition. Damaged packaging must be noted immediately; otherwise, the Seller assumes no responsibility.
12. Product Quality Guarantee:
12.1. The Seller is not responsible for any color, size, or shape discrepancies caused by the Buyer’s device display.
12.2. Product descriptions include specific quality and storage details.
13. Product Returns and Exchanges:
13.1. Defective or incorrect products caused by the Seller will be replaced. Returns follow Lithuanian Ministry of Economy Order No. 217 (June 29, 2001).
13.2. The Buyer must inform the Seller in advance and submit a signed return form.
13.3. The Seller accepts returns or exchanges within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
13.4. Returned items must:
- Be in original packaging;
- Be undamaged and unused;
- Retain original appearance;
- Include proof of purchase or correspondence confirming the order;
- Include a signed return form.
13.5. The Seller may refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
13.6. If the Buyer caused the damage, they bear the return costs. If an incorrect or defective item was sent, the Seller covers shipping costs.
13.7. Returns follow Lithuanian legal acts (Orders No. 217 and No. 258).
14. Liability:
14.1. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate personal data.
14.2. The Seller is not liable for losses if the Buyer fails to read the Rules.
14.3. The Seller is not responsible for third-party information linked on the Website.
14.4. Damages are handled as specified in the Rules.
15. Seller’s Marketing Measures:
15.1. The Seller may organize promotions on the Website.
15.2. Lists of popular or exclusive products may be featured and updated as needed.
16. Communication:
16.1. The Seller communicates order-related updates to the Buyer using the provided contact details.
16.2. The Buyer may contact the Seller regarding orders, deliveries, or returns via the contact information provided on the “Contact” page.
17. Final Provisions:
17.1. These Rules are based on the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
17.2. Lithuanian law applies to any relations arising from these Rules.
17.3. Disputes are resolved through negotiation; unresolved issues are settled according to Lithuanian law.
Product Returns
We provide every customer the opportunity to return or exchange a purchased product if it does not meet the described quality. After notifying the Krebzdesys administration, the item may be returned within 7 business days of receipt.
If you wish to return an unsuitable item, please contact us by your preferred method and indicate the reason. By mutual agreement, we can replace the product or refund your payment. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. We do not take responsibility for stickers damaged during shipment or replace products due to such issues.
If you change your mind after placing an order, please inform us. We will cancel the order, and if it has already been delivered, you may return it (return shipping costs are covered by the buyer).
Before contacting us, ensure you have proof of purchase.
If an incorrect item was sent by mistake, we will cover the return shipping costs. The buyer is responsible only if the product was damaged through their own fault.
All Krebzdesys products are made individually to order and cannot be returned unless they fail to meet the quality criteria mentioned above.
Return options include:
- A high-quality equivalent item;
- A product of similar type;
- A full refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment account within 1–2 business days after the returned item is received.
